How to pay for parking
Paying in an OPARKO-managed car park is quick and works straight from your phone browser. No app to download, no account to create.
Scan the QR code on the OPARKO sign, enter your registration and how long you want to stay, then pay by card or MobilePay. You get a confirmation by SMS or email.
Pay in four steps

Find the QR code
Look for OPARKO signs at the entrance or at your parking bay, and scan the QR code with your phone camera.

Enter your details
Type your vehicle registration and how long you need to park. You see the total price before you pay.

Pay securely
Pay by card (Visa or Mastercard) or MobilePay. You receive a confirmation by SMS or email.

Extend if you need to
Need more time? Follow the link in your confirmation to extend your session without returning to your car.
No QR code at your bay? Look for one on the nearest sign or at the entrance. Some sites use SMS payment, with the number posted on the signs.
Which payment methods you can use

Card
Visa and Mastercard are accepted on most sites.
MobilePay
Available on the majority of OPARKO sites in Denmark.
Pay by plate on camera sites
Where cameras read your plate, you may be able to pay by registration without scanning a QR code. Follow the signs on site.
Extending, receipts and refunds
Extend without walking back
Use the link in your confirmation to add more time from wherever you are, no need to return to the car.
Your receipt is automatic
A receipt goes to the email you enter at payment. You can also request one at hello@oparko.com.
Paid but still got a fee?
The usual cause is a mistyped registration. Compare the plate on your receipt with the one on the notice, and appeal with the receipt attached if they differ.

Do I need to download an app?
No. OPARKO works entirely through your phone browser. Scan the QR code and pay.
How do I get a receipt?
It is sent automatically to the email you enter during payment. You can also request one via hello@oparko.com.
