Do I need to download an app to park?
No. You can pay by plate at the sign, scan a QR code, or use a payment app you already have. The app is optional. It just makes extending your stay, reminders, and receipts easier.
How do I pay if there is no ticket machine?
Enter your plate at the on-site sign, scan the QR code, or open the app. Payment takes a few seconds, and you can also use the payment providers you already use elsewhere.
Can I extend my parking without going back to the car?
Yes. If you started your session in the app or portal, you can extend it from your phone wherever you are, so a longer meeting or dinner never means rushing back.
I got a parking fee. How do I pay or appeal it?
Every notice has clear payment instructions and can be paid online. If you believe it was issued in error, you can submit an appeal with any supporting details and it will be reviewed.
What happens with a foreign number plate?
Foreign plates work the same way: pay by plate, QR, or app. If a plate cannot be read automatically, you can still pay at the sign or in the app.
Is my data safe and my payment secure?
Yes. OPARKO is GDPR-compliant and processes data on EU infrastructure, and payments run through trusted, encrypted providers. Your plate and payment details are only used to handle your parking.
